The Studio ("we", "us", "our") is operated by CLOOKI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India with its registered office at SUB PLOT 4, PARAS MARKET, 1ST FLOOR, 308, UMARWADA, Parvat Patia, Choryasi, Surat- 395010, Gujarat. We provide an AI-assisted image and video generation studio for fashion catalog, motion, flat-lay, and related creative workflows. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use The Studio at www.clooki.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
a) Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google-issued account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
b) Google Drive content you create through The Studio. When you generate or save assets in the app, those files are stored in folders the app creates inside your Google Drive, under the drive.file scope. This scope grants The Studio access only to files the app itself creates. We do not read, list, or access any other file in your Drive. The app cannot see files you uploaded to Drive directly, files created by other apps, or any of your existing folders.
c) Content you provide. Garment images you upload, design briefs, prompts, and any preferences (e.g. auto-analysis toggle, visual model choice) you configure in Settings.
d) Generation outputs. The images and videos the AI produces in response to your inputs. These are stored in your Drive (as in 2b) and may be temporarily cached on our infrastructure during processing.
e) Payment information. When you purchase credits or a subscription, payment is handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We receive only the transaction status, amount, and a transaction reference — we do not store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
f) Usage and diagnostic data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps), crash reports, and aggregated metrics we use to keep the service running and improve quality.

To produce results, we send the relevant inputs (your uploaded images, prompts, references) to AI model providers — currently Google Gemini and Google Veo via the official Google AI APIs. These providers process the inputs to generate outputs and return them to us. Per Google's published terms, content sent through their paid API tier is not used to train their models. We do not sell, share, or use your inputs to train any model ourselves.
Google API Limited Use. The Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the narrow drive.file scope, access only the files The Studio itself creates in your Google Drive, and use your Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy. We do not transfer or sell this data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

EU/UK users (GDPR): You additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California users (CCPA): You additionally have the right to opt out of "sales" (we do not sell data) and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Indian users (DPDP Act 2023): You may contact our Grievance Officer (clause 11) for any concerns.

The Studio is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use TLS for all data in transit, store credentials hashed/encrypted at rest, and limit internal access to personnel who need it for their role. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Our processors (Google, Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay) operate globally and may process your data outside India. We rely on the providers' published transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses for EU transfers, equivalent safeguards for other regions) as required.
