These Referral Program Terms supplement the Terms of Service of CLOOKI PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By sharing your referral link or entering a referral code, you agree to them.
The program is open to account holders in good standing. You may share your unique referral link with people who do not already have an account. A user can be attributed to at most one referrer, and only at signup.
When a person signs up using your referral link or code and then recharges their wallet with real money, you earn referral rewards as wallet credits:
The "first year" is the 365-day period beginning on the referred user's first recharge (not their signup date).
Rewards from any single referred user are capped at ₹10,000 per rolling 12-month period. Once the cap is reached for a referral within a 12-month window, no further rewards accrue from that referral until the window rolls forward.
Referral rewards are issued as platform wallet credits. They are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the platform, and cannot be withdrawn as money. They are spendable on the service like any other credits.
Self-referral is not permitted. We reject attributions where the referrer and the referred user share an email address or phone number, and we may withhold or reverse rewards we determine in good faith to arise from fraud, fake accounts, collusion, or other abuse. We may also reverse rewards tied to a recharge that is later refunded, reversed, or charged back.
We may modify the rates, cap, eligibility, or any other aspect of the program, or suspend or end the program, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on the Refer & Earn page. Rewards already credited to your wallet are not affected by a prospective change, except as described in section 5.
